Physical Fitness:

Everest 3 pass trek is a challenging hike, mainly de to acclimatizing to the altitude. It's got a reputation for being quite challenging compared to some of the other treks in the area. However, If you if you are in good shape, acclimate well while ascent, and pay attention to the weather, it is achievable. This trek demands a tremendous amount of respect and a strong connection to your body.

Different people react to altitude differently, make sure you acclimatize well in Namche & expect to cover around 5-6 hours of trekking each day.

Best time to Go

Spring (March-May) & Autumn(October-November) are the two major trekking seasons of Nepal. It is advisable to avoid winter season & monsoon season. For Nepal, it's always a wise decision to decide trekking in most stable and dry weather conditions.

Detailed Itinerary (20)

  • Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

    We are delighted to provide an airport pickup service as an innovative customer offering, so our chauffeur will assist you with baggage & escort you to your Hotel. He will also help you with the check-in. Later in the evening, we will be hosting a welcome dinner

    Highlights:  Music, Cultural dance, the lively Thamel, one-stop shop for backpackers, clubs & pubs, an array of restaurants.

  • Day 2 : Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding

    Airport transfer: 10 minutes drive

    Flight Kathmandu to Lukla: 30 minutes

    Trek Lukla to Phakding: 3 - 4 hours, Elevation: 2,610 m

    Accommodation: Basic Teahouse.
