    Physical fitness

    If you are experienced trekker & can manage to walk on snow, Everest base camp trek should be a “piece of cake” for you. But, if you happen to be a novice trekker then you need to prepare. Expect to cover around (15 km) 5-6 hours of trekking each day, which is achievable but it's a tough call for immatures.

    If you are one of those people can do a 45-minute jog or spinning class, then you can easily make it to base camp. No Extra training required. We’ve seen people from all walks of life-old, young, overweight & underweight completing the trek.
