Crusade Himalaya is not itself as a registered company it's a website or domain run by the legally registered company - Karmatara Adventure.
Karamtara Adventure is Licensed with the Tourism Industry Department, Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Civil Aviation of Nepal for operating tours, treks, mountaineering and other outdoor activities in Nepal. Karamtara adventure is a proud member of
Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) & Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP).
By making a booking you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
How to book

All your requests are subject to availability. Any special requests are always welcomed & processed in a timely manner, However,
Crusade Himalaya cannot guarantee special requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if travellers' special requests are not fulfilled. All reservations are subject to cancellation if relevant payments are not received by the due date specified in the booking details.
All the rates are in US dollars, these prices may increase or decrease. You are ought to pay according to the exchange rates which keeps changing day by day. Before you make a booking we will provide you with details of the current price of your
chosen trip. Offered discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn after a certain period of time.
In the unlikely event, we are unable to process your trip request, your money will be fully refunded or credited towards your future trip request. We may alter prices and other particulars contained on our website at any time. Crusade Himalaya reserves the rights to correct any errors in rates quoted or calculated, or any omissions made at any time during your booking.\
The while travel plan or itineraries are quoted according to the exchange rate at present. Crusade Himalaya reserves the right to make alterations to itineraries and prices due to circumstances beyond our control. You can make advance payment for your trip confirmation & we expect to receive full payment after your arrival.
Once a customer has paid in full, the price of the tour is guaranteed.
Once you receive a confirmation mail or invoice form crusade Himalaya the booking of any trip is confirmed. Along with your booking form confirmation, you should be making a deposit of 20% of the total trip cost for packages mentioned on the website.
For short day tours or tours under $800, full payment is required to secure your place. By sending a deposit or full payment you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this website.
Customised Itinerary Deposits
No extra cost for a customized itinerary. we will address your request & quote accordingly.
Final deposit must be made within 60 days prior to your travel date unless otherwise specified.
If you do not pay within this period we reserve the right to
cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited.
All the credits cards are accepted-Visa, MasterCard and American Express. the merchant fees may vary according to location.
All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to the following cancellation charges from the date the written cancellation is received.
2 months before departure 100 % refund
21-59 days before departure 50% of total trip cost
21 or fewer days before departure 100% of total trip cost
Clients are advised to draw out cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
To the extent permitted by law, no refund is available for cancellations after travel has commenced in regard to any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not used by you.

Tours marked as 'Guaranteed Departures' are guaranteed to depart, regardless of travellers numbers. However, we reserve the right to withdraw this assurance for a force majeure event including but not limited to bad weather, strike etc.
On tours that offer airport transfers as an inclusion, an airport transfer to/from your hotel will be provided on the arrival and departure day of the tour. In the event of flight delays outside Crusade Himalaya's control, the transfers will be deemed to be cancelled. Airport transfers are provided as a service to travellers and it is the obligation of the Travelers to guarantee that any airport transfer will enable them enough time to associate with their flights.
Crusade Himalaya will not be responsible for any flight delays or cancellations caused by the late arrival or departure of an airport transfer, or for cancellation fees associated with a missed flight. You should make any other transfer arrangements at your own cost.
We strongly advise travel insurance is taken out at the time of booking to provide full coverage. The Travel Insurance must cover both the medical and emergency evacuation cost.
It's always a wise decision to check your health status.Travellers should take a visit to the doctor to make sure that you are physically able to undertake any trekking/hiking activities. should Take recommended vaccinations
Passports and Visas
It is the responsibility of the passenger to have a valid passport (which is valid for at least six months from your last day of travel to the passport expiry date) and all visas, permits and certificates required for the selected tour. Also, Note that your passport name must match your airline ticket name or you may be denied boarding. Obligation regarding documentation accuracy, passport validity and dispatch of documents rests with the customer. crusade Himalaya accepts no responsibility for any failure in this respect.
Note: For Nepal obtaining a visa is easy, you can easily get on arrival visa at the airport.
On group tours, if you are travelling as a single passenger, you can request us for a company. we may find like-minded traveller dropping a visit to the same destination you requested.
All possible effort will be made to adhere to the published touring itinerary. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will force cancellations, changes, amendments or modifications to the itinerary and its inclusions such as particular events and services. Crusade Himalaya cannot be held responsible for any omissions or modifications to the itinerary or the inclusions made as a consequence of these changes.
You must provide a telephone number, passport number, email or address where you can be reached.
Not included in the price
Anything not specifically included in the tour is at your own expense.
The person making a booking will be deemed to have accepted these booking conditions on behalf of everyone named in the booking. Only the person making the booking is authorised to make changes to or drop the booking. All communications from us will be sent via email.
Events beyond our control
If a tour cannot proceed due to a force majeure event including but not limited to earthquake, landslide, strike, lockout, failure or delays of scheduled transportation facilities, or other Acts of God, or any law or for any reason whether of a similar or dissimilar nature beyond the control of Crusade Himalaya, this agreement shall terminate and there shall be no claim for damages by either party against the other.
Should you have a complaint while on the tour, you should inform your tour leader immediately or contact the helpline number provided on the website. You should follow the tour guide instructions otherwise no complaints registered.
Law of contract
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal
